· Student Organizations – Connect with peers who share your interests and career goals through CEC’s student organizations. Many CYSE students are active members of Mason’s Competitive Cyber Club, gaining hands-on experience and networking opportunities.
· Internships – Gain real-world experience through paid internships with leading companies and government agencies in the region, available year-round for undergraduates.
· Study Abroad – Expand your horizons by participating in one of the many study abroad programs offered through the Global Education Office.
· Travel Funding – Mason’s Undergraduate Student Travel Fund (USTF) provides financial support for undergraduates presenting research or attending academic conferences.
· ADVANCE Program – Start your journey at Northern Virginia Community College and seamlessly transfer to Mason through the Mason-NOVA ADVANCE program. Earn an Associate of Science degree and complete your BS in Cyber Security Engineering within four years.
